Located within the Koukounaria complex is where you will find the brand new "Lino Bistro" which takes its name from the traditional Greek wine press 'lino'.

The lino was used to make wine in bygone times using two huge round stones which pressed the grapes, in modern times we no longer use this tool but you can see an original 'lino press' which takes pride of place inside the bistro.


The bistro is kitchen is open from 6pm until 11pm and has a varied menu of Greek, Italian and international cuisine. In addition to the dishes on the menu you are also encouraged to order whatever you desire and watch our experienced chef make it fresh for you.
All dishes are prepared using fresh produce and ingredients and cooked at the time of order. All vegetables are organically home grown from the bistro’s garden.
Come and discover gastronomical delights with friendly staff and a superb ambience in the spacious bistro which can seat a total of 120 persons inside or outside on the veranda, with a children’s playground available for our little friends.

Our chef, Aiman El Hambasi has over 25 years experience in international cuisine, winning many awards for his culinary skills and has also taught students who aspire to be great chefs in the top colleges.
